We have a range of over 45,000 titles in stock at any one time, and orders from stock will usually be dispatched the same day. However, some items may be temporarily out of stock and will take a little longer. We will notify customers of any unusual time delays (longer than 10 days). Some items may in fact go out of print or into a reprint, and we will endeavour to keep the customer fully informed where this is the case.

All prices quoted are in pounds sterling, and are correct at time of last update. Prices are subject to change from time to time, and if this happens we will confirm that the customer will accept the goods at that price, before they are dispatched.

We accept all major credit cards (excluding American Express). We also accept cheques and debit cards. Your credit/debit card will only we debited on dispatch of the goods, and all payments are via a secure server using Thawte Digital Certificates.

Postage will be added to all orders under £100 (pounds sterling) and VAT will be included in this postage charge.

Customers will have a 14 day period in which they may change their mind, and any damaged or defective goods can be returned within 7 days of receiving the goods. A full refund or replacement will then be issued. No information stored about customers will be passed on to third parties. We are registered with the Data Protection Act and impose it’s rules and regulations on all data held.
