Product Availability

We carry around 50,000 product lines in stock at any one time. Other items listed on the site which will need to be ordered from suppliers. If a product is listed on this website, it does not necessarily mean that it is in stock. To check current stock levels, please contact us.

Orders received before 4pm will usually be despatched on the same day if the products are in stock. Items that need to be ordered will usually take up to five days to arrive, although some will take longer. We will notify customers of any unusual delays (longer than 10 days).

In addition, products may be temporarily out of stock, reprinting, or out of print. We will keep customers informed where this is the case.

Prices & Payment

All prices quoted on the site are in pounds sterling, and are correct at the time of last update. Prices are subject to change from time to time, and should the product price differ we will confirm that the customer will accept the goods at the new price before they are despatched.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as cheque payments (although cheque payment is not currently accepted for e-books). All online payments are made via a secure server using Thawte Digital Certificates.

To redeem Keith Jones Gift Vouchers online please select the cheque payment option and subtract the voucher amount from the order total. Send a copy of your order, plus vouchers and a cheque to cover the total value of your order.

Delivery

Postage charges are based on the total weight of the order. UK orders are usually sent via standard Royal Mail delivery, although large or bulky order will be sent via a courier (usually DHL). International orders are usually shipped via Air Mail and - for the majority of desinations - will take 7-10 days from the date of despatch to arrive.

Refunds

Customers have a 14-day period in which they may change their mind regarding an order and return it for a full refund.

Damaged, incorrect or defective goods should be reported to us within seven days of their receipt. We will then advise as to the best course of action, issuing a refund or replacement as appropriate.

Privacy Policy

We are registered under the Data Protection Act, and are bound by its rules and regulations. No information held about customers is passed on to third parties.
