Despite his untimely death from cancer at the age of 50, David Watson had an enormous impact on the church in Britain. A model evangelist, he brought fresh confidence to the church and especially to the growing charismatic movement. But he also radically affected attitudes to the arts and culture, leadership, ecumenism and worship.This study, based not only on reading of works by and about Watson but also on extensive interviews with people who worked with him and knew him, reviews his legacy and explores how his convictions continue to challenge.
